Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by our representative for a briefing and soon after our driver guide will take over and head to Amboseli national park. As you set foot in Amboseli, the iconic silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro looms in the distance, its snow-capped peak a breathtaking backdrop to your safari. This park, known for its open plains and swamps, is a haven for elephants. Here, the gentle giants move with grace and purpose, often against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro’s majestic presence. On arrival check in and have lunch. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive. The park’s vistas are punctuated by acacia trees and silhouettes of giraffes, while the thriving birdlife adds bursts of color to the expansive canvas. The opportunity to witness the interactions between predators and prey, the interplay of light on the savannah, and the sheer scale of the landscape all contribute to an immersive safari experience. The Observation Hill within the park offers panoramic views of the vast savannah, swamps, and herds of wildlife. It’s a prime location to witness sunrise and sunset, and the views from the hilltop are a photographer’s dream. Later dinner then overnight stay at camp.
ACCOMMODATION IN AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK: ELERAI CAMP in a COTTAGE ROOM
Meal Plan: Half board (Lunch and dinner)
The sight of Africa’s highest peak towering over the savannah is a mesmerizing sight that adds a dramatic and awe-inspiring element to the park’s landscape, and a jaw dropping sight to wake up to. Mount Kilimanjaro’s iconic silhouette rises dramatically from the horizon, creating a visual contrast against the savannah plains of Amboseli. The sheer size and prominence of the mountain make it an awe-inspiring sight. Have breakfast and head out for your morning game drive. Amboseli is known for its relatively compact size, which allows for close encounters with wildlife. Animals, including elephants, giraffes, lions, and various bird species, can often be observed from a relatively short distance, providing excellent opportunities for photography and observation. The park has gained a reputation as an elephant sanctuary, with a thriving population of elephants that roam the plains and gather around watering holes. The Amboseli elephants are particularly well-studied and offer insights into the behavior and social dynamics of these magnificent creatures. After come back to the camp for lunch. Head out for a cultural interaction with the Masai people. The local Maasai people add a cultural dimension to Amboseli. Their pastoralist way of life and distinctive attire provide insight into a traditional African culture that has coexisted with the park’s wildlife for generations.. Later dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
Meal Plan: Full board (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
After breakfast, check out and head to Aberdare national park. Transitioning to Aberdares National Park, you find yourself in a realm of lush forests, misty valleys, and moorlands. This unique park offers a blend of terrestrial and aquatic wonders. The Salient area, in particular, is renowned for its resident wildlife, including elephants, buffalos, and various antelope species. The park’s altitude ensures that you’re surrounded by breathtaking vistas, as rolling clouds blanket the valleys and peaks. On arrival, check in, have a late lunch and relax by the poolside. Later dinner and overnight stay at lodge.
ACCOMMODATION IN ABERDATE NATIONAL PARK: THE ARK LODGE in a CLASSIC ROOM
Meal Plan: Full board (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
After breakfast, head out for a game drive. Here, the thrill of spotting wildlife takes on an air of mystery, as animals emerge from the dense vegetation to reveal themselves in unexpected encounters. Have your camera ready! Head back to the lodge for lunch. After a dip at the pool, head out for an evening game drive. The park’s relative seclusion and off-the-beaten-path status offer visitors a sense of pristine wilderness. The lack of crowds allows for a more immersive and intimate safari experience. The Aberdare Range’s unique ecosystem is home to various plant species that are adapted to the cooler highland environment. This, in turn, attracts specialized wildlife, including rare
species such as the bongo (a forest antelope), giant forest hogs, and black leopards. Aberdare is often overshadowed by other popular parks, making it a hidden gem for those who seek a quieter and more exclusive safari experience. This sense of discovery adds to the park’s appeal. Head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Meal Plan: Full board (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
After breakfast, check out and head to Mt Kenya national park. The grandeur of Mount Kenya, Africa’s second-highest peak, serves as the centerpiece of this part of the safari. The park’s rugged terrains encompass diverse ecosystems, from pristine forests to bamboo groves and alpine meadows. The air is crisp, the landscapes dramatic, and the opportunities for exploration and adventure boundless. While the mountain’s elusive snow leopard and other wildlife may steal the spotlight, the park’s natural beauty, including glacial lakes and roaring waterfalls, offers an immersive experience in the heart of nature. On arrival, check in and have your lunch. Take a dip at the pool before heading for your afternoon/evening game drive. Later dinner and overnight stay.
ACCOMMODATION IN MT. KENYA: FAIRMONT MT KENYA SAFARI CLUB in a FAIRMONT DELUXE ROOM

This contrasts starkly with the typical savannah terrain of other parks, providing a completely different backdrop for wildlife viewing. As you ascend the slopes of Mount Kenya, you’ll encounter wildlife species adapted to the cooler, high-altitude environment. This includes unique animals like the rare mountain bongo, a forest antelope known for its striking appearance. The park’s diverse ecosystems attract a wide variety of bird species. From the montane forests to the open moorlands, you’ll have the opportunity to spot colorful sunbirds, eagles, and other highland avian inhabitants. Head back to the hotel for lunch. Enjoy the hotels grounds or go for a round of golf in its grounds. Later dinner and overnight stay.
